Ever wondered what happens behind the brewery doors, or why a particular beer works so well with a dish?
The Brewer’s Table brings both together for one night at Alibi, hosted by Head Brewer Kynan Childs and Alibi chef Nathalie Maholy.
Begin with a welcome taste and a tour through the brewery with Kynan, before taking a seat for a three-course menu by Nathalie, with each dish matched to an Alibi beer. Kynan and Nathalie will take you through the beers, the menu and each pairing as the night unfolds.
