Bastille Day at Alibi
Vive la révolution… of flavour. Join us at the Brewers Lounge this Bastille Day for a bold, French-inspired dining experience – Alibi style. Our French Head Chef Axel-Curtet Latreille and his team will be plating up french classics with flair.
Optional pairings from our cellar and taps will be available throughout the night. Add the curated Alibi beer pairing for $30, or a French cheese selection to complete the experience.

Spirit & Cocktail Masterclasses
The Alibi Winter Cocktail & Spirit Masterclasses return to the Private Dining Room for a six part series.
Running once monthly from May through October.
Each session takes you somewhere different, from whisky and rum through to agave, grape spirits and classic cocktails. Expect five guided tastings, a welcome drink, and something to nibble on as you settle in.
Relaxed, social and always good value.
