BOLD – From an addled malt bill of Ale malt, flaked + malted wheat and Naked Golden Oats hangs an aggressive hotside addition of Nelson Sauvin. The beer was fermented with our house hazy yeast and hammered in the dryhop with more Nelson, Motueka and a rounding out of Mosaic Cryo.
