Kölsch
Heirloom German pilsner malt and plump malted wheat were fermented with Kölsch yeast to make a delicious and mildly expressive base beer. Bittered in the kettle with Motueka and very lightly dry hopped with a tinge of Wai-iti. This beer was cold conditioned for 5 weeks before being packaged up and deservedly lidded with a gold top.
