Hot off the docks and sailing in from the West Coast of the Americas comes a riotous new take on a subtle classic, the West Coast Pilsner! Our snappy take on this style uses local and international pilsner malts, whilst is fermented with a new-to-us lager strain created to be used in conjunction with a generous cargo of hops. So a generous cargo we’ve used: Simcoe, mosaic cryo, Motueka and Nelson saving.
