Fresh Hop Nelson Sauvin

Surging upon the annual opportunity to brew a fresh hop beer, we stayed close to the trail we walked last year and brewed a Fresh Hop Pale Ale. With a silky base of New Zealand Ale malt, plump wheat kernels and creamy naked golden oats, we added basket upon basket of iridescently fresh and pungent whole cone wet hops. This year, we’ve championed the centrepiece jewel in the crown of New Zealand hops – the national treasure and ever-famous Nelson Sauvin hop.
